"Tezaur" the new album by Argatu’, marks a new path now open to all sounds from the universe of folklore-a four-year journey in composition during which our protagonist breaks musical barriers to merge genres of electronic music (and more) with traditional Romanian folklore.
"I chose to break free from all the barriers imposed by any unwritten dogma that we artists sometimes encounter. A 'battle' for four years, during which I poured my soul into this material in the most precise detail. The Argatu’ mask clearly expresses that on the surface, modern musical genres such as Hip-Hop, Speed House/Uk Garage, Drum and Bass, etc., will be heard, along with cinematic orchestration/score insertions. In the core, having dominantly our roots, those of the Romanian people, traditional folklore. The visual design of the album was created by Sabin Onceriu.
